Auckland to Cape Reinga, New Zealand

We had heard about the 25m Whangarei Falls so we decided to have our next break there, just 5km from Whangarei city centre and on the road to the popular Tutukaka Coast. It is a short but very picturesque bush walk. Some local kids were swimming there but it was a bit too cold for us!  Select the photo below to see more of this area.
